Preliminary Phase. State or Agency shall perform the Services outlined in this Section A during the preliminary right of way phase of the Project as identified below. When Services listed under this Section A are performed by Agency, Agency shall charge the Services as preliminary engineering expenditures. 1. Agency shall prepare preliminary cost estimates. 2. Agency shall make preliminary contacts with property owners. 3. Agency shall gather and prepare data for environmental documents. 4. Agency shall develop access and approach road list. 5. Agency shall help prepare field location and project data as defined in the Project Agreement.

Preliminary Phase. 3.1 In order to create an Event on the Platform, COOP ITALIA prepares: 3.2 COOP ITALIA forwards to selected Suppliers an invitation to the Event itself through the Platform messaging system, thus making available what indicated in par.3.1. 3.3 COOP ITALIA has the right to modify what indicate in par.3.1, including the Platform configuration parameters, informing Suppliers through the Platform messaging system. 3.4 Suppliers acceptance of COOP ITALIA invitation to participate to the Event happens implicitly through the insertion of the information requested for the participation to the Event.

Provide Project Management services to direct, supervise and coordinate the various items of work within the Project Design, including review of activities of subcontracted engineers. b. If held, attend preliminary conference with the CITY and other interested parties regarding the project in order to further define the work. c. Establish the scope of any soil and foundation investigations or any special surveys and tests which, in the opinion of the ENGINEER, may be required, and arrange for such work to be done, for the CITY’S account. d. Prepare a preliminary engineering report on the project in sufficient detail to indicate clearly the problems involved and the alternate solutions available to the CITY, including preliminary layouts, and cost estimates, and setting forth clearly the ENGINEER’S recommendations.
Preliminary Phase. Visit the site and hold such conferences with University representatives as may be necessary to relate the design of the Project to the general plan of said properties and to the Construction Budget furnished by University. Provide consultation and advice to University as to the necessity and manner of providing or obtaining services related to the site such as: Property, boundary, right-of-way, topographic, hydrographic, and utility surveys, and soil mechanics and subsurface information. Provide, at a minimum, schematic level drawings (including site plan, floor plans, other plans, elevations, sections, sketches and key details, all to the extent applicable to this Project and as required by the University), outline specifications and if necessary written narratives or descriptions (“Preliminary Deliverables”), within the time schedule established by University, which are sufficient to: (a) demonstrate that the preliminary design furnished by Design Professional fulfills the University’s programmatic needs and is within the Construction Budget; (b) demonstrate that the preliminary design furnished by the Design Professional, and the various components necessary to that design, are code compliant, constructible and Coordinated; (c) obtain preliminary permit approvals and other approvals necessary from building officials and other authorities having jurisdiction over the Project; and (d) obtain a reliable Estimated Project Construction Cost from third parties in the industry, including construction contractors, as required by the University. Prepare and furnish {# of copies, as applicable}, within the time schedule established by University: Preliminary Deliverables, a preliminary estimate of construction cost, pursuant to Paragraph 2.8C below, and a time schedule for completion of Construction Documents and construction in sufficient detail to enable University to decide upon the general plan and scope of the Project, and to approve the preliminary design, Preliminary Deliverables, preliminary estimate of construction cost and time scheduling of the Project.
Preliminary Phase. After written authorization by the County Engineer to proceed with the Preliminary Phase, the Engineer shall: 1. Attend a preliminary conference with the County Engineer and regulatory agencies as required to establish the design parameters of the Project. 2. Consult with the County Engineer on the feasibility of viable alternative solutions for the stream crossing, preparing and furnishing sketches and data to support up to two alternatives. 3. Perform the necessary environmental studies and investigations to prepare a Preliminary Environmental Site Assessment and Wetland Delineation Report and prepare and submit a written report on same. 4. Submit to the County Engineer in three (3) copies a preliminary bridge layout for the selected alternative prepared in accordance with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) guidelines and as directed by the County Engineer, 5. Prepare an opinion of probable construction cost of proposed construction.
Preliminary Phase. ENGINEER will discuss the assignment with CLIENT; arrange for surveys, soil borings, investigations, and tests for CLIENT’S account, as required; prepare preliminary drawings and preliminary construction cost estimates; and present recommendations.
Preliminary Phase. In the interest of collegiality, before any formal Draft Change Proposal is released to employees, unless there are circumstances that would prevent it from doing so (such as commercial in confidence), the University will inform potentially affected employees that it is considering change. The University will provide the reasons behind the possible change, and details of what it hopes to achieve. The University will invite potentially affected employees to provide any information or suggestions they consider to be relevant for the development of any formal Draft Change Proposal.
Preliminary Phase. Certified Agency is responsible for the performance of Services set out in this Section B.1 during the preliminary right of way phase of each project identified in a Supplemental Project Authorization, and as identified below. Coordinating with the Sponsor on project scope requirements, finances, schedules, operational safety and phasing considerations, site access and other pertinent matters. As applicable, coordinating project with local FAA personnel and other interested stakeholders to identify potential impacts to their operations. 2. Planning, procuring, and/or preparing necessary surveys, geotechnical engineering investigation, field investigations, and engineering studies required for preliminary design considerations. 3. Developing design schematics, sketches, environmental and aesthetic considerations, project recommendations, and preliminary layouts. 4. Preparing project design criteria and other bridging documents commonly used for alternative project delivery methods such as design-build contracting. 5. Preparing for cost estimates and necessary applications for FAA-Airport Improvement Program (AIP) or other funding.
