Preliminary Activities. Prior to commencement of any construction, demolition, additions or other modifications to the Premises during the term of this Concession Lease, Concessionaire Tenant shall familiarize itself and comply with the City’s Tenant Design Standards, Tenant Improvement Guidelines, and all referenced documents and forms.
