Preferred Consideration of Request for Assignment. 6.2.1 A Unit member who submits a timely and properly completed request for assignment form in accordance with the provisions of section 6.1.2 et. seq., will be given preferred consideration with respect to the Unit Member’s Request for assignment in a regular semester or trimester if, by the deadline for receipt of the assignment request form, all of the following apply:
