Preferential Right. 6.1 For the same service, if an independent third party cannot offer better conditions and terms than Netcom Group, CNC China can grant Netcom Group preferential right. 6.2 Netcom Group undertakes to Netcom Group that Netcom Group shall not offer the same or similar services stated under this Agreement to a third party terms more favorable than those offered to CNC China. 6.3 Netcom Group has the right to provide the same or similar services to a third party, on the condition that Netcom Group continues to provide the same service agreed upon under this Agreement.
