Common use of Preference; Voidability Clause in Contracts

Preference; Voidability. The Issuer shall have given reasonably equivalent value to the applicable Seller in consideration for the transfer to the Issuer of the Receivables and Related Security with respect thereto from the applicable Seller, and each such transfer shall not have been made for or on account of an antecedent debt owed by the applicable Seller to the Issuer.
