PREFACE. The parties to this agreement share a commitment to maintain professional standards and to commit to the code of professional ethics which govern duties in accordance with recognized standards and practices of accounting and professional integrity. Furthermore, notwithstanding the parties’ rights to pursue established formal avenues of redress for workplace issues, the parties agree to and are committed to the use of alternate dispute resolution mechanisms where practical.
