Predevelopment Activities. 5.2.1.1 Feld shall pursue, with reas▇▇▇▇le diligence and subject to the reasonable direction of WPHC, all approvals required to commence construction of the Project. Subject to the input and approval of WPHC, Feld shall develop appropriate ▇▇te plans and other plans as may be required to obtain such approvals.
