Mobility 7.1 There may also be a business need to travel and work on a temporary basis at any premises which the Corporation currently has or may subsequently acquire or at any premises at which it may from time to time provide services. This would be subject to discussion and agreement giving due regard to the following considerations: - The location and arrangements for travel and subsistence; - The length of the working day with increased travel time; - The hours of work; - The timescale and duration of the proposed arrangements; - The employee’s personal and family circumstances.

A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

Durable Medical Equipment Durable medical equipment is equipment which can withstand repeated use, is primarily and customarily used to serve a medical purpose, is useful only in the presence of an illness or injury and used in the Member’s home. Durable medical equipment includes: hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, glucose monitors, external insulin pumps, oxygen and oxygen equipment. GHC, in its sole discretion, will determine if equipment is made available on a rental or purchase basis.
Customer Care a) Contractor shall comply with the applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and provide culturally competent customer service to all Covered California Enrollees in accordance with the applicable provisions of 45 C.F.R. § 155.205 and § 155.210, which refer to consumer assistance tools and the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate information and related products.
Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Orthodontics We Cover orthodontics used to help restore oral structures to health and function and to treat serious medical conditions such as: cleft palate and cleft lip; maxillary/mandibular micrognathia (underdeveloped upper or lower jaw); extreme mandibular prognathism; severe asymmetry (craniofacial anomalies); ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint; and other significant skeletal dysplasias. Procedures include but are not limited to: • Rapid Palatal Expansion (RPE); • Placement of component parts (e.g. brackets, bands); • Interceptive orthodontic treatment; • Comprehensive orthodontic treatment (during which orthodontic appliances are placed for active treatment and periodically adjusted); • Removable appliance therapy; and • Orthodontic retention (removal of appliances, construction and placement of retainers).
