Preceptor Training. In “preceptor training” the trainee observes hands-on skills as performed by a licensed LVN, RN or other practitioner (i.e., preceptor). The trainer to trainee ratio is generally 1:1. During the second phase, the trainee performs the skills under the preceptor’s close supervision.

Preceptor Training. All bargaining unit employees fulfilling the role of primary preceptor of an employee will be required to attend the established Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Preceptor Workshop. The primary preceptor is defined as the bargaining unit employee assigned to oversee the full orientation of another employee. All bargaining unit employees scheduled as preceptors will have the opportunity, at their manager’s discretion, to attend the established Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Preceptor Workshop. The hours spent in the training program will be worked hours.

  • Technical Training 3.1 Party A agrees hereby to provide the following training service to party B and its staffs:

  • First Aid Training a) The Employer will encourage employees to take first-aid and refresher courses and for this purpose will assume the cost of first-aid training. Employees selected by the Employer for first-aid training shall be granted time off without loss of pay.

Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Trainings iv. Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Job Training The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes:

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.
