PREAMBLE/PURPOSE. Section 1.1: This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Delphos, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”, and the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, hereinafter referred in as the “Union”. It is the purpose of this Agreement to achieve and maintain harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union; to provide for equitable and peaceful adjustment of differences that may arise, and to establish proper standards of wages, hours, and conditions of employment for those employees included in the Bargaining Unit as defined herein.
