PREAMBLE, APPENDICES AND INTERPRETATION. 1.1 The preamble and the Appendices to this Agreement constitute an integral part hereof and are to be read as one with the remaining clauses thereof. 1.2 Headings in this Agreement arc for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation of this agreement. 1.3 In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, “include,” “includes,” and “including” are deemed to be followed by “without limitation” whether or not they are in fact followed by such words or words of similar import. 1.4 In this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly stated, the terms set out below shall bear the meaning appearing opposite them:
