Common use of Pre-Termination Election Clause in Contracts

Pre-Termination Election. In the event the Employee or the Employer does not elect to renew this Agreement for a new term, for the last 12 months of the term hereof, the Employee and the Employer may mutually elect to convert the Employee's duties and title under this Agreement to the duties and title of consultant. Upon the expiration of this Agreement, the Employee may continue to utilize his services as a consultant.
