Common use of Pre-Grievance Resolution Clause in Contracts

Pre-Grievance Resolution. a) Complaints shall be brought to the attention of the Employee’s immediate Supervisor or an appropriate University representative within 30 calendar days after the Employee became aware or b) The Supervisor or appropriate University representative will respond to the complaint within 7 calendar days and, if the matter is not resolved, it may be taken up as a grievance in accordance with Article 6.07(a).
