Pre-Final Documents. Pre-final documents must be developed to demonstrate that at least 95% of the Contract Documents are complete. They must be clear, concise, and prepared in accordance with generally accepted professional design practices. At the Department’s direction, the pre-final Documents must include but not be limited to detailed existing conditions plans, site demolition plans, civil site plans, landscape plans, utility site plans, erosion and sedimentation control plans, structure demolition plans, floor plans, exterior elevations, building sections, wall sections of all wall assemblies, structural plans and details, reflected ceiling plans, finish schedules, door and window schedules, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other building system plans and details, full construction Specifications, confirmation of utility service availability, updated listing of required permits and approvals with copies of applications, application drafts, and regulatory replies received to-date, sustainable opportunities status, updated Project Schedule, and Statement of Probable Construction Cost.
