Practicing Certificates. 14.1 Where employees are required by law, and as part of their employment, to hold a Practicing Certificate the employer will.

14.3 For employees who work for more than one employer reimbursement will be on a pro rata basis.
Practicing Certificates. The employer shall reimburse employees required to hold an annual practicing certificate the cost of the Annual Practicing Certificate, provided that the Employer is the primary employer.
Practicing Certificates. Full time registered or enrolled nurses and anaesthetic technicians, or part time registered or enrolled nurses and anaesthetic technicians who solely work for Kensington Private Hospital, will be reimbursed in full the annual practising certificate renewal fee. This shall be paid on receipt of invoice. The provision of the above clause will be pro-rata for part time registered or enrolled nurses and anaesthetic technicians who do not solely work for Kensington Private Hospital. This shall not be paid if reimbursed by another organisation. This shall not be paid to casual staff.
