PPC. Mix and apply PPC according to the System Provider’s recommendations. Apply PPC after 15 minutes and within 2 hours of placing the primer. Place PPC before gelling or within 15 minutes following addition of the initiator, whichever occurs first, or as recommended by the System Provider. An initial set time between 30 minutes and 90 minutes is required for PPC. The initial set is when the in-place PPC cannot be deformed by pressing with a finger. If the initial set is not within 30-90 minutes, remove and replace PPC at no additional cost to the Department. Place, consolidate, and finish PPC using placement equipment as specified in Section 1047.3(e) to the minimum thickness, grade, and cross-section indicated. Termination edges of the overlay may require application and finishing by hand trowel due to obstructions such as curbs or scuppers. Adequately isolate expansion joints before placing PPC. Unarmored joints may be sawed within four hours after placing PPC, if approved. The exact time of sawing will be determined by the System Provider.

PPC. Except for trademarks or terms confusingly similar to trademarks in the URLs included in the Business Assets or as set forth in Section 4.10(q) of the Schedule of Exceptions, in connection with the Business, Seller does not currently and has not in the past twelve months used trademarks or terms confusingly similar to trademarks in the URL of a landing page or in any advertising copy. Seller has delivered to Purchaser monthly reports that set forth each keyword that Seller has bid on during the period from August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2009.
PPC. Solely with respect to the Transferred Assets, in the two years preceding the Closing Date, Seller has only engaged in the pay per click campaigns set forth in Section 4.6(p) of the Disclosure Schedule. Seller does not and has not in the past two years engaged in either of the following pay-per-click tactics: (i) bidding on third party trademarks as keywords or (ii) using trademarks or terms confusingly similar to trademarks in the URL of a landing page or in any advertising copy. Except as set forth in Section 4.6(p) of the Disclosure Schedule, Seller: (x) has not received any pay per click bidding complaints or (y) issued any pay per click bidding complaints.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Footwear Where an employee is required by the College or by legislation, in order to perform his/her duties, to acquire and wear protective footwear, the employee shall provide the College with proof of purchase by March 1 each year and the College shall reimburse such employee, on the first pay day in April in each year, up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00). In situations other than the foregoing, the College may, in its discretion, (which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised) reimburse such expense where it is recommended by the health and safety committee constituted under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

  • Prosthodontics We Cover prosthodontic services as follows: • Removable complete or partial dentures, for Members 15 years of age and above, including six (6) months follow-up care; • Additional services including insertion of identification slips, repairs, relines and rebases and treatment of cleft palate; and • Interim prosthesis for Members five (5) to 15 years of age. We do not Cover implants or implant related services. Fixed bridges are not Covered unless they are required: • For replacement of a single upper anterior (central/lateral incisor or cuspid) in a patient with an otherwise full complement of natural, functional and/or restored teeth; • For cleft palate stabilization; or • Due to the presence of any neurologic or physiologic condition that would preclude the placement of a removable prosthesis, as demonstrated by medical documentation.

  • Transplant Services Expenses for the following are excluded:
