POWER PURCHASE PROVISIONS. Prior to the date of Firm Operation, Seller shall be paid for Energy only pursuant to Edison's published avoided cost of energy based on Edison's full avoided operating cost as periodically updated and accepted by the ZOND SYSTEMS, INC.
