Common use of Power of Attorney Executed Concurrently Clause in Contracts

Power of Attorney Executed Concurrently. Concurrently with the purchase or acquisition of a Share, each Shareholder shall be deemed to have executed and delivered to the Manager a power of attorney (“Power of Attorney”) as provided in this Article XIV. Each Shareholder thereby irrevocably constitutes and appoints the Manager and its officers and directors, with full power of substitution, as the true and lawful attorney-in-fact and agent for such Shareholder with full power and authority to act in its name and on its behalf in the execution, acknowledgment, filing and publishing of Trust documents, including the following:
