Power Generating Installation, Generating. Installation shall mean a small power production or cogeneration facility which is a "qualifying facility" under Subpart B of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Regulations under Section 201 of the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 including any generator, and associated equipment, wiring, protective devices, or switches owned or operated by Producer.
