Synchronisation Sample Clauses

Synchronisation. The transfer of rights applies to the whole world unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. I realise that this transfer of rights and the obligations it involves apply equally to the undersigned author/right holder, as well as to those who may inherit the copyright. Should there be more than one heir, XXXX has the authority to request that they agree on one representative to receive payments on their behalf and, at the same time, enjoy the rights involved in the membership of STEF. Excluded from this transfer of rights are the musical works and lyrics which have been specially made as part of a play, as in the instance of a theatre piece, opera, musical, or ballet, and have been transferred to a producer or another third party (so-called grand rights). The transfer of my rights to STEF as regards synchronisation is, however, limited to NCB's synchronisation licence, or that of other comparable collective licences, based on standard tariffs or agreements with STEF. The transfer of rights does not, however, extend to negotiating the use of or payment for: film music, film trailers, promotional material and advertisements, theme songs or signatures, documentaries and short films intended for movie theatres and music in drama television series. The transfer of rights applies to such series, however, if their distribution is limited only to the Nordic countries and the Baltic states. Despite the above-mentioned transfer of rights, I, the undersigned author/right holder, always have the authority to negotiate with music publishers, in accordance with the rules of STEF, in such a way that part of royalties, regarding the use of the works from copyright societies, go to the music publisher, as I shall immediately inform STEF about such agreements. I give STEF the power of attorney and exclusive right to protect my copyright interests specified above, including negotiations on royalties for the use of my works and collection of these royalties; to institute legal action for the protection of my interests, as well as to carry out anything relating to these issues and is considered of use. I am familiar with the Articles of Association of STEF and its Distribution Rules and regulations on the processing of personal information and pledge to comply with them in every respect, as well as with the decisions of the Board of Directors and Representative Body at each time. I realise that STEF can make amendments to this membership agreement and that I am obliged by su...

Synchronisation. 1.3.3.1 The Telco shall synchronise on the LIME System.
Synchronisation. Specialisation of: • Merge-Control A Synchronisation indicates the merging of several paths back into one. Its inclusion type indicates when the elements following the Synchronisation should be started (i.e. if one, if some or if all of the incoming paths are finished). The Synchronisation itself does not terminate any remaining Actions of the incoming paths4. Subtypes Inclusion type Based on the three available inclusion types, the subtypes can be “of all” (AND), “of some” (OR) or “of one” (XOR). It should be only one of those types. Requirements process Specialisation of: • Process A Requirements process represents a more detailed description of an Action that focuses on depicting the things that are required by it and how they are used. It can therefore look closer like a workflow than a Business process, and is often created by splitting and merging Actions from a Business process. strictly requires (strictly required by) Specialisation of: • requires This specialisation of requires indicates that the target is necessary to perform something. It is recommended to use this level of detail in the Requirements process. Allowed source concepts: • Elements contained by a Requirements process Allowed target concepts: • Participant template supported by (supports) Specialisation of: • requires This specialisation of requires indicates that the target supports performing something, meaning it is good to have it, but even if it is missing you can perform the action. It is recommended to use this level of detail in the Requirements process. Allowed source concepts: • Elements contained by a Requirements process Allowed target concepts: • Participant template Interaction flow Specialisation of: • Process An Interaction flow represents a more detailed description of an Action that centres on depicting the interactions between a device and its user as well as what functions a device is executing. Mostly mobile devices and the interaction with their mobile applications are in the focus. Interaction
Synchronisation. ILDO shall be responsible for synchronizing his Exchange with BSNL’s Exchange. The Synchronization arrangement and equipment of the ILDO’s Exchange shall comply with Clause 4 of TEC specification No.G/PNI-03/01 Sept.95 as modified from time to time. Information regarding priority of different input clocks shall be given by BSNL to the ILDO.
Synchronisation. Sections 5.3 and 5.4. The plant (with synchronous generators) will have an automatic or manual synchronisation device and an interlocking relay of synchronism. This is not obligatory if the generator is connected to the grid as an asynchronous generator or when using an inverter. Synchronisation must be carried out when the differences in electrical magnitudes between the generator and the grid are lower or equal to the following: Voltage: ± 10 % When generator P>1000 kVA ± 8 % When generator P<=1000 kVA
Synchronisation. The difference is that not all the incoming branches will be activated for every running instance. If one of the branches is broken and needs to be adapted, the service consumer needs to estimate the probabilities of whether other branches need to be activated, and whether they can benefit from the adaptation. Generally speaking, there is no way to ascertain which branches will be activated for a specific running instance until the dynamic decision is made. However, the service consumer can estimate the probability that a branch will be activated based on the historical performance of the branches. For example, if a branch was executed 80 times out of the last 100 composite service instances, we consider the branch will be selected with a probability of 80%. The probability of being selected for each branch can be normalised as weights, s1, s2, … sn, ranging between 0 and 1 representing the importance of the branches. Take the composite service in Figure

Synchronisation. This module periodically persists a high-level view of the physical topology managed by it. This data is used both internally (to provide an up-to-date list of the available resources to the experimenter) and also transmitted to different modules, such as the Expedient [expedient] and Monitoring System to enable it to graphically show this data. The RO manages this recurrent tasks through both one-shot and periodical tasks, for example to realign the discovered topology with all the underlying Resource Managers, to create a channel for the communication with the Monitoring System, to release pending resources, etc. The first tasks are run once the RO module is started, whereas the periodical jobs are triggered by an underlying daemon devoted to this specific matter.
Synchronisation. 4.1.1 The Company shall give the HPSEBL at least thirty (30) days advance written notice of the date on which it intends to Synchronize a Unit to the Grid System.
