Common use of POTVRZENÍ Clause in Contracts

POTVRZENÍ. a) The Institution and the Investigator hereby individually certify that they have not been debarred or disqualified from participating in clinical research under any laws or regulations. If during the term of this Agreement, the Institution or the Investigator (i) becomes debarred or disqualified or (ii) receives notice or threat of an action with respect to its debarment or disqualification, the Institution and/or the Investigator, as the case may be, shall notify PRA immediately.

If during the term of this Agreement, the Institution or the Investigator (i) becomes debarred or disqualified or (ii) receives notice or threat of an action with respect to its debarment or other legal act which would case a disqualification, the Institution and/or the Investigator, as the case may be, shall notify PRA immediately.

If during the term of this Agreement, the Institution or the Investigator Physcian (i) becomes debarred or disqualified or (ii) receives notice or threat of an action with respect to its debarment or disqualification, the Institution and/or the Investigator, as the case may be, shall notify PRA immediately.

If during the term of this Agreement, the Institution or the Investigator (i) becomes debarred or disqualified or (ii) receives notice or threat of an action with respect to its debarment or disqualification, the Institution and/or the Investigator, as the case may be, shall notify PRA Sponsor immediately.
