Potential Unfair Competition. Participant acknowledges and agrees that as a result of his/her employment with the Company, his/her knowledge of and access to Confidential Information, and his/her relationships with the Company’s customers and employees, Participant would have an unfair competitive advantage if Participant were to engage in activities in violation of this Agreement.
