Common use of Postponement and Adjournment Clause in Contracts

Postponement and Adjournment. Prior to the date upon which any meeting of Limited Partners is to be held, the Board of Directors may postpone such meeting one or more times for any reason by giving notice to each Limited Partner entitled to vote at the meeting so postponed of the place, date and hour at which such meeting would be held. Such notice shall be given not fewer than two (2) days before the date of such meeting and otherwise in accordance with this Article XIII. When a meeting is postponed, a new Record Date need not be fixed unless the aggregate amount of such postponement shall be for more than forty-five
