Posting Results a. Information provided to the Union: Posting results will be sent to the Union when an offer has been made and accepted. If the position was not awarded to the most senior applicant a written explanation of the award shall be included in the information given to the Union. Posting results will include: Names of all applicants. Current positions of all applicants The name of the applicant awarded the position.
Posting Results. ADT shall post the results of an approved evaluation on the ADT Website. The Provider agrees that any online use of the ADT Seal shall include a hyperlink to the 11Q Form on the ADT website.
Posting Results a) Within five (5) working days following the end of the posting period, the Company will post the name of the successful candidate. The successful candidate normally will be placed into the position within the ten (10) working days following the posting of her name.
b) If an employee obtains a posting in the same classification and the new position has a greater number of hours than her current position, then, effective the eleventh (11) working day following the expiry of the posting period if the employee has not yet been placed in her new position, he will be entitled to be remunerated according to the scheduled hours of her new position.
c) If an employee obtains a posting in a classification other than her current classification and the new position has a higher wage rate and/or a greater number of hours than her current position, then, effective the twenty-first (21) working day following the expiry of the posting period if the employee has not yet been placed in her new position, he will be entitled to be remunerated according to the wage rate and/or scheduled hours of her new position.
