Common use of Posting of Approved Electronic Communications Clause in Contracts

Posting of Approved Electronic Communications. (a) Each of the Lenders and the Company agrees, and the Company shall cause each Subsidiary Guarantor to agree, that the Agents may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Approved Electronic Communications available to the Lenders by posting such Approved Electronic Communications on IntraLinks™ or a substantially similar electronic platform chosen by the Agents to be their electronic transmission system (the “Approved Electronic Platform”).

Posting of Approved Electronic Communications. (a) Each of the Lenders Lenders, the Issuers and the Company agreesBorrower agree, and the Company Borrower shall cause each Subsidiary Guarantor to agree, that the Agents Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Approved Electronic Communications available to the Lenders and Issuers by posting such Approved Electronic Communications on IntraLinks™ or a substantially similar electronic platform chosen by the Agents Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent to be their its electronic transmission system (the “Approved Electronic Platform”).

(a) Each of the Lenders Agents, Lenders, the Issuers and Group and the Company agreesBorrower agree, and the Company Group shall cause each Subsidiary Guarantor other Loan Party to agree, that each Administrative Agent and the Agents Collateral Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Approved Electronic Communications available to the applicable Lenders and Issuers by posting such Approved Electronic Communications on IntraLinks™ or a substantially similar electronic platform chosen by the Agents to be their electronic transmission system (the “‘‘Approved Electronic Platform”’’).

(ah) Each of the Lenders Lenders, the Issuing Banks and Holdings and the Company agreesCo-Borrowers agree, and the Company Borrower shall cause each Subsidiary Guarantor to agree, that the Agents Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Approved Electronic Communications available to the Lenders and the Issuing Banks by posting such Approved Electronic Communications 169 on IntraLinks™ or a substantially similar electronic platform chosen by the Agents Agent to be their its electronic transmission system (the “Approved Electronic Platform”).
