POSTING AND PREFERENCING SEQUENCE Sample Clauses

The "Posting and Preferencing Sequence" clause defines the order and process by which items, such as job openings or advertisements, are made available and prioritized for viewing or selection. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for posting opportunities to a group or platform and then specifies how certain parties may be given preference in accessing or responding to these postings, such as internal candidates before external applicants. Its core function is to ensure a fair and transparent process for distributing opportunities, preventing disputes over access and prioritization.
POSTING AND PREFERENCING SEQUENCE. 1. STEP 1: FIRST POSTING (Spring): All newly created positions and vacancies that occur as a result of the June posting will be posted as a vacated position. All positions left vacated after two (2) postings will no longer be considered a vacated position subject to posting.
