Posting and Assignment. All vacancies for extracurricular activities shall be posted as early as the district is aware of its needs. The posting shall include the qualifications for and the duties of the position. If no qualified applicants apply for the position(s), an employee will not be assigned to more than one (1) extracurricular activity per year for two (2) consecutive years.
