Posting and Assignment. The teaching of Distance Learning classes shall be strictly voluntary. Distance Learning positions shall be posted annually according to the procedure outlined in the current CBA. Distance Learning classes shall be taught by teachers certified in the area they will be teaching. During the time that this agreement is in effect, no teacher will be required to teach in the Distance Learning program without his/her consent.
