Post-termination Rights and Obligations. Upon the effective date of termination of the Agreement, Merchant’s rights hereunder to use the Services shall cease, but Merchant’s obligations in connection with any transaction processed by FORTE on behalf of Merchant (whether before or after such termination) shall survive termination.
