Common use of Post-Service Exercisability Clause in Contracts

Post-Service Exercisability. (a) Should Optionee cease to be a Service Provider for any reason (other than death or Disability) while holding this Option, then Optionee shall have a period of three (3) months (commencing with the date of such cessation of service) during which to exercise this Option.
