Common use of Post-Judgment Attorney Fees Clause in Contracts

Post-Judgment Attorney Fees. If the service of an attorney is required by Lender to enforce a judgment rendered in connection with the Loan, this Agreement, or any of the other Loan Documents, Lender shall be entitled to its reasonable attorneys’ fees, legal expenses, and costs and such attorneys’ fees, legal expenses and costs shall be recoverable together with its Confession of Judgment. This provision shall be severable from all other provisions of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, shall survive any judgment, and shall not be deemed merged into the judgment.
