P.O.S.T. Incentive Pay. Sworn employees who possess a P.O.S.T. Intermediate Certificate shall receive an additional 7.5% above their base pay. Sworn employees who possess a P.O.S.T. Advanced Certificate shall receive an additional 2.5% for a total of 10% above their base pay.
