Post Event Report. Within sixty (60) days after the Event, the Grant Recipient will furnish to the City a performance report of its work under this Agreement which shall reflect overall activities conducted, gross income for the Event, and expenditures made pursuant to this Agreement. Such report shall also state the number of people who attended the Event, the number of hotel rooms used as a result of the Event, and any other information requested by the City Manager. This post event report must be signed and verified by an officer of the Grant Recipient as being true and correct.
Post Event Report. The Contractor shall prepare and submit a report of the completed Sponsored Event/s and Activities to the Authority and this shall be submitted no later than two months after the Sponsored Event/s and Activities have been held.
Post Event Report. The Business must respond to an SATC survey about the Associated Event within 30 days of the conclusion of the Associated Event. Survey questions will gather information including but not limited to visitor attendance, expenditure, ticket sales, attendee feedback, and customer satisfaction.
