Post-Distribution Returns. Certegy shall prepare and timely file all Tax Returns of any member of the Certegy Group for Tax Periods that are exclusively Post-Distribution Periods, and Equifax shall prepare and timely file all Tax Returns of any member of the Equifax Group for Tax Periods that are exclusively Post-Distribution Periods.
