Post-Demolition Sample Clauses

The Post-Demolition clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures that must be followed after a demolition has taken place. Typically, this clause specifies requirements such as site clearance, removal of debris, and restoration or preparation of the land for its next intended use. For example, it may require the contractor to ensure the site is left in a safe and clean condition, or to address any environmental remediation. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the aftermath of demolition is managed properly, preventing disputes and ensuring the site is ready for subsequent development or use.
