Post-Construction Services. 1.7.1 Post Construction services shall begin at Substantial Completion. The Contractor shall submit these drawings in a medium acceptable to the Architect. Based upon the as-built drawings received from Contractor, Architect shall, within thirty days after receipt of the as-built drawings received from Contractor, complete record drawings. Architect shall provide copies of these documents per Article 14. 1.7.9 Architect shall be available during Contractor’s Warranty period, and provide technical recommendations and communications with Contractor.
