Post-Closing Elections. At the request of Occidental, the Purchaser shall cause Oxy LP2 and Oxy GP to make or join with Occidental in making any election if the making of such election does not have an adverse impact on the Purchaser or any Occidental Partner Sub for any post-acquisition Tax period.
