Common use of Possession of Documents Clause in Contracts

Possession of Documents. Each Lender shall maintain possession of its own Note. Administrative Agent shall hold all other Credit Documents and related documents in its possession and maintain separate records and accounts with respect to the Credit Facility, reflecting the interests of Lenders in the Credit Facility, and shall permit Lenders and their representatives access at all reasonable times to inspect such Credit Documents, related documents, records and accounts.
