Common use of POSSESSION AND CLOSING Clause in Contracts

POSSESSION AND CLOSING. Settlement of closing shall be on or before April 27, 2023, or after objections to title have been cleared. Possession of the property shall be delivered on, closing in its present condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted. If closing is delayed at fault of Buyer, Buyer shall pay 8% (apr) interest on all unpaid amounts from May 4, 2023 to date of closing. Buyer will not pay interest under this provision if closing is delayed at the fault of the Seller.
