Position Statements and Documentation. 6.1 Each party will prepare and deliver to the Mediator, seven (7) business days prior to the mediation, a concise summary (‘Position Statement’) of the matter in Dispute, copies of documents referred to in the Position Statement and those documents that the Parties intend to refer to during the Mediation.
