Common use of Position; Start Date Clause in Contracts

Position; Start Date. Executive’s title will be Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Merchandising Officer. Executive will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Executive’s employment with the Company will begin on May 7, 2009 (the “Start Date”).
