Position Openings. Teachers working part time in the job share 38 assignment under this agreement will be entitled to bid for other position 39 openings within the district. However, there is no guarantee or right by 40 the job share teacher to such openings although they will be considered.

Position Openings. The College and the University System will post job vacancies on their respective websites. Adjunct faculty members are encouraged to review such postings as appropriate for tenure-track positions and administrative positions. Members of the unit will be considered internal candidates for the purposes of applying for USNH positions and for the purpose of qualifying for USNH policy USY- V-E-6.1 without regard to the definitions in USY-V-E-6.1.
Position Openings. Bargaining unit position openings shall be publicized by any appropriate means that provides all current bargaining unit members with notice of the vacancy. Members of the bargaining unit will be given the opportunity to apply for these positions. If administrative vacancies occur, management will make efforts to apprise bargaining unit members of these opportunities.

If one teacher accepts a full-time position, there is no obligation to continue the job share agreement for the other job share teacher on a job share basis.

All job openings within the bargaining unit shall be advertised for a period of ten (10) working days before such openings are filled. An employee who wishes to apply for a job opening must apply with the Human Resources Department in accordance with the job posting.
