Position Openings. Teachers working part time in the job share 38 assignment under this agreement will be entitled to bid for other position 39 openings within the district. However, there is no guarantee or right by 40 the job share teacher to such openings although they will be considered.
Position Openings. The College and the University System will post job vacancies on their respective websites. Adjunct faculty members are encouraged to review such postings as appropriate for tenure-track positions and administrative positions. Members of the unit will be considered internal candidates for the purposes of applying for USNH positions and for the purpose of qualifying for USNH policy USY- V-E-6.1 without regard to the definitions in USY-V-E-6.1.
Position Openings. Bargaining unit position openings shall be publicized by any appropriate means that provides all current bargaining unit members with notice of the vacancy. Members of the bargaining unit will be given the opportunity to apply for these positions. If administrative vacancies occur, management will make efforts to apprise bargaining unit members of these opportunities.
Position Openings. The Board shall advise the Congress of all full-time openings in professional positions at any college or at the System Office.
Position Openings. If the position opening is not filled pursuant to this Section or Section 5.5, such opening shall be advertised in accordance with Article 5, Section 5.3. Any employee may apply for any advertised opening, and if selected, will be hired, even if the new position is in a higher range or for more hours or days than was the employee’s previous position.
Position Openings. Position openings including extended school year (summer) employment will be announced for a minimum of five (5) business days prior to filling such openings. Announcements will be sent to the designated Union representative, as well as posted on the appropriate bulletin boards and District website. An employee can submit an e-mail address to the District personnel office to be notified of any bargaining unit openings while the employee is on vacation.
Position Openings. A. Posting to the entire District staff and Association through a written notice as far in advance of the date of the opening, but in any event not less than one (1) week prior to the filling of the opening, shall be required for all new and vacant extracurricular activity positions. Such postings shall include, if known, specific assignment and school, the qualifications for the position, and the procedure for applying, assignment dates and rates of pay. During the school year, such postings shall be placed on the District website and shall be sent to the Association president. While in-building applicants will be fully considered, the District reserves the right to hire the best qualified applicant.
Position Openings. When a position becomes available during the specific twelve (12) month period following a layoff, consideration will be given in accordance with Article 15.6 Layoff and 15.10

For internal only vacancies, only District employees shall be considered. All job openings within the bargaining unit shall be advertised for a period of ten (10) working days before such openings are filled. An employee who wishes to apply for a job opening must apply with the Human Resources Department in accordance with the job posting.
