Position Classification Plan Sample Clauses

The Position Classification Plan clause establishes a structured system for categorizing and defining job positions within an organization. It typically outlines the criteria and procedures for assigning roles to specific classes or grades based on duties, responsibilities, and qualifications. For example, it may require that all new or modified positions be evaluated and classified according to established standards before hiring or promotion decisions are made.
