POS Data. Retailer hereby grants to NPD and its corporate affiliates a non-exclusive right to use the POS Data internally and to process the POS Data with other information and include such processed data in the Reports and related services; provided, however, that such reports and services do not identify Retailer-specific details. The internal use of the POS Data may include enhancement or calibration of consumer information.
