Common use of Portables Clause in Contracts

Portables. The Parties agree that when a member who has been assigned extra work hours due to the addition of a portable, the same member will also lose the work hours when the portable is removed from the school. (If the relationship between the benefiting member and that work site is no longer relevant, the junior member at the work site will lose hours.)
