Portables a. A teacher shall not be assigned to a portable two (2) consecutive years, unless the teacher requests otherwise or unless the portable has been set up for a specific use, e.g. Science Pod, Computer Lab.

Parties agree that when a member who has been assigned extra work hours due to the addition of a portable, the same member will also lose the work hours when the portable is removed from the school. Portables. District will lease the four (4) portables identified in Attachment A hereto to CDI for the 2015-16 school year. This lease provided for herein shall commence on 2015. CDI shall be permitted to use the Portables at the school sites specifically for the operation of preschool child care and development services.
