Portability Service Sample Clauses

The Portability Service clause defines the terms under which a customer can transfer their data or services from one provider to another. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting data export, the format in which data will be provided, and any associated timelines or fees. By establishing clear procedures for data migration, the clause ensures that customers retain control over their information and can switch providers with minimal disruption, thereby reducing vendor lock-in and enhancing operational flexibility.
