Port Process Clause Samples
The Port Process clause defines the procedures and requirements for transferring a service, such as a phone number or utility, from one provider to another. Typically, this clause outlines the steps both the customer and the current provider must follow, including notification timelines, documentation, and any technical or administrative steps necessary to complete the transfer. Its core practical function is to ensure a smooth and orderly transition of service, minimizing disruption and clarifying responsibilities during the porting process.
Port Process. The Port shall follow approved Port processes for all permitting conducted by the Port for developments located on real property owned by the Port and located inside the AAA. All permits issued by the Port shall have permit fees assessed in accordance with the Port’s most current adopted fee schedule.
