Populations Served Sample Clauses

The "Populations Served" clause defines which groups or individuals are eligible to receive services or benefits under the agreement. It typically specifies demographic, geographic, or other qualifying criteria, such as age ranges, income levels, or residency requirements, to clearly outline the intended recipients. This clause ensures that both parties understand and agree on the scope of service delivery, preventing misunderstandings and ensuring resources are directed to the appropriate population.
