Policy Manuals. The Board Policy Manual shall be available to employees online via the District website. Under the provisions of the Superintendent-EEA Liaison procedure, the Association will be given the opportunity to advise and make recommendations concerning items to be included in the section of the Board Policy which pertain to members of the negotiating unit.
